Having now painted Japan, and as I currently have no commissions pending (however if anyone offers...) I'm focusing on instead painting the places I want to see in the world. Essentially I could spend the rest of my life painting as there are too many places to name, but it's a start. I have a large canvas of New York started, however that may take a while.
I want to focus on the colour and light that I see in these locations.

Well no not quite as exciting. But I did get my first ever big commission from as far afield as Australia (Holy shit!)
The commission is for a large sea-scape of the clients favourite beach location, Currumbin Beach on Gold Coast, Queensland.
First and most probably the last time I'll ever hit a three-figure commission sum but I shall enjoy this moment.
For the next month, Imma official artist :D
